1. What is TelBru My Account?

As a TelBru customer, you can do the following with our online service: TelBru My Account:
- View your TelBru bills. You may also generate your past bill information. If you have more than one account, you may view different accounts as well.
- e-Payment. Pay your TelBru bills online. At your convenience, you can settle your TelBru bill with your credit card. Cards accepted are VISA or MASTERCARD.

2. Who can register for TelBru My Account?
Account or service owner (for residential customers) or authorized representative (for corporate/government customers) can complete TelBru My Account application.

3. How do I sign up for TelBru My Account?
To sign up for TelBru My Account:
- Go to www.telbru.com.bn/myaccount
- Click Sign Up.
- Please fill in all required details for verification of your account.
- Click Register.

4. Why do I have to wait for my TelBru My Account to be verified?
- TelBru requires verifying your account information given upon registration for security measures.
- We need this information to check against details we already know about you.
- This ensures that only authorized people can access your online services.
- Please allow two (2) working days for this verification process.

5. I am an existing TelBru My Account holder. However, I forgot my TelBru My Account password.
If you remember your USER ID:
- Go to www.telbru.com.bn/myaccount
- Click on Forgot Password.
- Select language: English or Malay.
- In the field, enter your USER ID and click Submit.
- Answer correctly to your chosen secret question.
- If answered correctly, your password will be email to you.
If you do not remember your USER ID or email address,
please refer to next question.

TelBru e-Payment
1. What is TelBru e-Payment?
TelBru e-Payment is a payment gateway providing fast, secure and reliable platform to accept card payment to pay your TelBru bills online.

2. What are the benefits of using TelBru e-Payment?
- Login customers are able to retrieve TelBru bill electronically.
- Convenience for customer to pay their bill using credit card or debit card, this can save time and avoid late fees.
- Secure online payment system which complies with international banking and payment industry security standards.
- No more long queues, parking problems or bad weather and queuing systems.

3. How do I start using TelBru e-Payment?
You will require TelBru My Account. Your TelBru My Account will let you view and pay your TelBru bills.
To sign up, go to: www.telbru.com.bn/myaccount and follow instructions.

Why do I have to wait for my TelBru My Account to be verified?
TelBru requires verifying your account information given upon registration for security measures. We need this information to check against details we already know about you.
This ensures that only authorized people can access your online services. Please allow two (2) working days for this verification process.

4. What types of credit cards are accepted with TelBru e-Payment?
Currently, TelBru e-Payment accepts both Visa and MasterCard regardless from any bank.

5. How secure is TelBru e-Payment?
TelBru e-Payment and its product are compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), which is practiced by all major financial institutions.

6. Is it possible to make payment without signing up to TelBru My Account?
No. In order to make bill payment through TelBru e-Payment, first TelBru subscriber needs to sign up to TelBru My Account.
When subscriber has registered, TelBru will email you your login details (User ID and password).
Once received, then subscriber can sign in to view the bill balance and proceed with making payment through TelBru e-Payment.

7. My credit card is not working, what can I do?
Please email to myaccount@telbru.com.bn with your account information:
- WSC User ID
- Account name
- Account telephone number
- Account identification number
- Email address for correspondence
Please do not email your credit card details.

8. What is a Security Code or CVV number?
CVV is an anti-fraud security feature to help verify that you are in possession of your credit card.
For Visa and MasterCard, the three-digit CVV number is printed on the signature panel on the back of the card (as shown below).

9. My TelBru bill has successfully been paid with a credit card. Will it be shown on my TelBru bill statement?
Yes, your TelBru bill statement will show that you have made a payment via TelBru Online Service: e-Payment.

10. After payment online via e-Payment, why does my bill of statement still show an outstanding?
Bill of statement will only be updated at the end of the month, thus, if you have paid after TelBru bill updates, your bill will only be reflected as paid in the next bill statement cycle.

To view on any outstanding balance, simply click on Pay your bill or View TelBru Bill.
